As the diameter is 37mm, it makes the tourbillon wheel
looks bigger. Its lug with is 19mm, in comparison with other high end
timepieces often built in large sizes.
The crown handle is unique-shaped that matches the overall
Blue Sea-Gull logo is located half way between 12 o’clock
and the axis of hour and minute hands. From here, solar wave illuminates the
entire front dial.
The hour markers are characterized by glistening big digits
raised up so shiny and silvery.
Printed on the case is “Sea-Gull, stainless steel, Sea-Gull
watchmaking, Staff only, 50M waterproof, serial number”. It is shown on its
display case back “1955-2015 and 60 written in brushed calligraphy".
The hour and minute hands are blue if viewed at an angle. A
close-up examination reveals the axis of hour and minute hands are not located
at the center of the front dial. It is moved upward a little so as to have more
space left for the display of tourbillon wheel.
