It's ST1901 manual hand-winding. Power reserve at least 40 hours. I have tested this type of movement power reserve can be up to 51 hours, but I do not guarantee everyone is 51 hours. Thus power reserve is between 40-50 hours. Mechanical watches are recommended to wind once every 24 hours at fixed time interval. In other words, if you wind at 10:00pm today, everyday thereafter, wind it at 10:00pm.
