The stainless steel case is brushed gray to show the style of a rugged field watch. The surface of front dial is sand-textured. This type of sandy surface gets along well with rugged appearance of the case.
Date window at 6 o'clock, above which is printed "70 HOURS, POWER RESERVE".
Located on the left side is second sub-dial; on the right side is power reserve indicator. Both sub-dials are raised above the sand-textured front dial to enhance visual aesthetics.
On the self-winding rotor is printed "3 days power reserve, 31 jewels". Close examination on the movement reveals engraved golden words "POWER RESERVE, THIRTY-ONE (31) JEWELS, P.6600".
The display case back is printed in all Chinese "October 1st, 1949, China, mechanical watch". Hence the name is called "the founding ceremony of China in 1949".
Golden hour markers come with brown front dial. Blue hour, minute and sub-dial hands. There is an eye-catching 3-dimensional red star below 12 o'clock.
22mm genuine leather strap is installed with butterfly deployment buckle.
